Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Items Sent in Error or Damaged Items

If we sent you the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In these cases, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label (if return is required), and

  • Offer a replacement or full refund.

We may request photos of the incorrect or damaged item before issuing a refund or replacement.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit.


Return Requirement & Discretionary Exceptions

As a general rule, items must be returned before a refund is issued.

However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Waive the return requirement

  • Deny a return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined above

Any exceptions to this policy are granted on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a waiver of our rights for future orders.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Return the item in unused condition within 14 days of notifying us.

Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain hygiene-sensitive goods may be exempt from the right of withdrawal once unsealed.
